They don't necessarily need to have traction or product. If they don't, then the team needs to be amazingly compelling. So if they're serial entrepreneur. They have some amazing domain expertise, then actually and actually the team works well together, then that's something that can be extremely compelling. And even if they're very very early in their thinking we may well take them. For those people who may be slightly early in their entrepreneurial journey, we may look for more signs that they can get stuff done. That they're resilient. That they have built a team around them. That they've done amazing things in the life before.
